What is the Supplemental Instruction Program?

Created by Andrew Smith, Modified on Tue, 28 Jan at 12:11 PM by Andrew Smith

This program offers peer-assisted study sessions led by trained senior students. It focuses on high-risk modules, providing collaborative learning opportunities to help students understand difficult concepts and improve their academic performance. This support is provided by senior students known as SI Leaders, these are students who have successfully completed the identified difficult modules.

At CUT, the Supplemental Instruction Program has been instrumental in ensuring that students are supported, ensuring that failure rates are reduced and student retention is improved.
