- Certified copy of a valid passport.
- Certified copy valid study visa issued for the Central University of Technology, Free State
- Certified copy of an asylum/refugee status permit
- Certified copy (proof) of medical cover with a medical scheme registered in South Africa in terms of the Medical Schemes Act (Act 131 of 1998). Cover must remain valid for the duration of the calendar year.
